Communication Studies students have the opportunity to complete a wide variety of projects in senior level courses. The CMNS project courses are designed to encourage students to apply their professional expertise, while demonstrating their communication skills. If you would like your project considered for this website please contact Karen Wall at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rachel Knox completed this project on Ghost Towns of Saskatchewan, interviewing people in an area of Saskatchewan who had left the land and moved to town. This exhibition is a haunting depiction of the ways in which rural communities have changed in the last few decades.
A recent project, completed by Lara Hill (read Lara's graduate profile), included planning, funding, and mounting a gallery show of photos she had taken in Tajikistan. After the gallery show closed, Lara remounted her exhibit on the web.
